We are quoting delivery times based on the expectations of Australia Post. While in normal conditions the delivery expectations are met, sometimes deliveries are delayed for a variety of situations and conditions experienced by these carriers.
Once our products are inthe hands of the chosen carrier, we are of course are powerless to force a delivery, all we can do is to prompt them into action. We therefore ask for your understanding when on the odd occasion a delivery is late in arriving.
